To authorize the use of Great Lakes bottomlands for aquaculture facilities if they meet the rules and requirements specified by Senate Bill 681. The facilities would not need to get permits mandated by the state environmental law, but would require permits required under a separate law regulating these facilities, as it is amended by that other bill.
