To expand a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2006-HB-4087">2014 law</a> that authorized police officers with specified training to administer an opioid antagonist to a person suffering a heroin overdose, so that it also applies to firefighters and departments, and require local governments to have a written policy on this.
