To revise a law that prohibits local zoning codes from excluding a “state licensed residential facility” from locating in a residential neighborhood, by allowing locals to restrict facilities with more than six residents from areas zoned for single family homes only. This applies to “halfway houses,” adult foster care homes and similar arrangements.
