To require the State Police to develop a system for notifying the public about a missing and vulnerable senior that rapidly disseminates information by various means including telephone, cell phone, text messaging, e-mail, radio and TV stations and more. This would be in addition to another “Amber alert” type law for missing seniors enacted in 2012.
