Introduced
To require the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) to disclose actuarial computation used in rate setting. The MCCA is the reinsurance provider that covers unlimited vehicle crash medical claims when they go above $545,000, coverage that is mandated by the state no-fault auto insurance law.
