To create a Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act that, according to a national <a href=" http://www.uniformlaws.org/Act.aspx?title=Electronic+Legal+Material+Act ">uniform law commission</a>, “establishes an outcomes-based, technology-neutral framework for providing online legal material with the same level of trustworthiness traditionally provided by publication in a law book”.
