To amend a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2015-HB-4209">recently enacted</a> medical marijuana product market control law to prohibit granting the license required by that law to a business entity that has not paid property taxes for the preceding two years. The bill appears to restrict these licenses to existing businesses only.
