To prohibit changing, altering, removing, or obliterating any coloration or markings on an imitation or toy gun that are required by any applicable state or federal law, in any way that makes it look more like a real firearm, subject to up to 93 days and a $1,000 fine. Also, to ban possessing an imitation gun in a public place.
