To repeal the vehicle registration surcharge imposed on electric cars by a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2015-HB-4736">2015 law</a>. This was adopted alongside large gas tax and license plate tax, and is intended to compensate for the fact that electric cars pay none of the gas tax that is the main source of road repair and maintenance funding.
