To require condominium association budgets to be approved by a majority of the co-owners, in person, at an annual meeting. If there is no quorum at the first meeting the association must call another one, if it has no quorum the budget would be approved automatically. The bill would also require state regulators to provide investigative, enforcement, and dispute resolution services in conflicts between a co-owner and a condo association.
