To repeal the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2013-IL-1">2013 law</a> initiated by a petition from the people and enacted by a legislative majority to prohibit health insurance policies sold through the 2010 federal health care law’s “exchange” from including abortion coverage, which requires individuals to use their own money to purchase a policy “rider” covering abortion if this is what they want.
