To expand the scope of a state veterans facility ombudsman office authorized by a law enacted the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2016-SB-809">previous year</a>. That law gave this office oversight of state veterans homes, and this bill would expand that to "any other facility for the care of veterans" build after the bill becomes law.
