To create a government office of accountability within a bipartisan entity called the Legislative Council, with the mission of investigating allegations of governmental wrongdoing, mismanagement, “gross waste” or actions that threaten public health and safety. This entity would have the authority to hold hearings, access documents, subpoena witnesses, etc.
