To legislature to require the Department of Treasury to notify the legislature of interpretations of tax laws that it issues in the form a notice, letter ruling, or administrative bulletin that expresses a change in the position of the department. A <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2013-HB-4290">2015 law</a> requires the department to publish these and post them online.
