To repeal the requirement that drivers have proof of auto insurance, which is part of the proposal in House Bill 5517 to repeal the state’s no-fault auto insurance law, and the mandate that vehicle owners must obtain unlimited personal injury protection coverage as a condition of registering a vehicle.
