To require state agencies to report to legislative leaders if they commit a willful and intentional violation of the state Freedom of Information Act. The bill’s sponsor has proposed a substitute that does not include the “willful and deliberate” limitation, and would require reports if an agency misses statutory deadlines for responding to a FOIA request.
