To authorize enhanced sentences of up to 25 years in prison for a medical professional who engages in sexual contact and sexual penetration under the pretext of giving medical treatment (which was the offense for which Michigan State University team doctor Larry Nassar was sentenced to 175 years in prison). The sentences would be in addition to those imposed for other crimes arising from the same transaction and could be consecutive.
