To ease restrictions on getting a “suppliers” license that is required by the law that authorized casinos in Detroit, so that individuals who committed certain crimes many years earlier could still get this license. Casino “suppliers” are defined as vendors or contractors that provide “junket enterprises, security businesses, manufacturers, distributors, persons who service gaming devices or equipment, garbage haulers, maintenance companies, food purveyors, and construction companies”.
