To mandate that facilities used by the “adult entertainment businesses” on which House Bill 5973 would impose a licensure mandate meet a range of specified requirements, including all rooms being readily accessible to police. Among other requirements the bill would require that if the business is an “adult arcade” it would have to ensure that “patrons are fully visible from the waist down,” and that individuals looking at pictures are “visible from the common areas of premises”.
