To prohibit a public school from publicly identifying a student who can’t pay or owes money for a school lunch, by requiring the student to have a wristband, handstamp, alternative meal or other means, and prohibit requiring him or her to perform chores or other work. Schools would be prohibited from communicating about this at all with a student less that age 15, and would have to contact the parents or legal guardian instead.
