To require the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) to disclose the actuarial computations used in rate setting. The MCCA is the reinsurance provider auto insurance companies were required to create that covers unlimited vehicle crash medical claims that go above specified amounts. Also, to make the MCCA subject to the state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which otherwise applies to public bodies.
