To create a state student loan ombudsman bureau intended to “ensure that every student loan borrower in the state has equal access to … a quality, affordable education, the resources needed to pay for college, an affordable repayment plan” and more. Specifically, this office would attempt to resolve complaints from student loan borrowers about lenders and loan servicers.
