To increase the dollar amount in a law that authorizes the personal representative of an estate, or a trustee, to make an irrevocable transfer to another adult or trust company as custodian for the benefit of a minor in the absence of a will, or under a will or trust that does not contain an authorization to make the irrevocable transfer. The bill would increase the maximum amount that could be transferred from $10,000 to $50,000.
