To require the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) to disclose the data, assumptions and actuarial computations used in insurance rate setting. The MCCA is the reinsurance provider that auto insurance companies are required to maintain that covers unlimited vehicle crash medical claims that go above specified amounts. Also, to make the MCCA subject to the state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which otherwise applies only to public bodies.
