To revise the Freedom of Information Act to clarify fees charged by state agencies to provide documents "on any physical media that is not paper." The bill would also explicitly authorize state agencies to make available in electronic format the publications, forms and documents, contested administrative law records, promulgated rules, other written statements that implement or interpret laws, rules or policy, guidelines, manuals, forms with instructions and more that are adopted or used by the agency.
