To repeal language in the state law authorizing Michigan’s 2013 acceptance of the Obamacare federal health care law’s <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2013-HB-395"> Medicaid expansion </a>), which would terminate the program if the amount it purportedly causes the state to save on other medical assistance programs does not exceed the amount of additional state cost sharing requirements associated with the expansion (which will require the state to pay 10 percent of the costs starting in 2020).
