Ban personal care product "microbeads" in OTC drugs

Introduced

To prohibit the manufacture and sale in Michigan of personal care products and over-the-counter drugs that contain plastic “microbeads,” subject to a $1,000 fine for violations. Congress banned microbeads in personal care cosmetic products in 2015, but they are still used in some drug products.
