Prescribe allowable flags over state buildings

To restrict the types of flags that may be flown over or outside state government buildings to the flag of the United States, the state flag bearing Michigan’s “coat of arms,” and a governor's flag that is described in <a href=" http://legislature.mi.gov/doc.aspx?mcl-act-209-of-1911">the state law</a> authorizing Michigan’s flags and symbols.
