To require district courts to submit quarterly reports detailing the number and types of bail granted to criminal defendants, including how many individuals were released on personal recognizance, or on money bail with a 10% deposit bond, or a cash bond for the full bail amount set by the court. This is part of a bail reform package comprised of House Bills 4351 to 4360.
