Revise child guardianship procedures

To revise the process for terminating a limited guardianship of a young child, where a court determines that parents have substantially complied with a limited guardianship placement plan. To facilitate this the court could order the minor's reintegration into the parents’ home for a period of up to six months before the guardianship is terminated.
