To require a pawnbroker who acquires a pistol in pawn to obtain a pistol sales record from the customer, file it with the State Police, and retain it for the duration of the loan. Senate Bill 424 would repeal a law that makes it a misdemeanor for a pawnbroker to accept a pistol in pawn and offer to sell it.
