To prohibit the use of “price optimization” in selling auto insurance, defined as “charging each insured the highest price that the market will bear; considering the likelihood that the insured will engage in activities that result in insurance policy turnover; estimating the willingness of the insured to pay a higher premium compared to other insureds;” or setting a price based on a buyer’s ability to pay more.
