Revise recording of child abuse/neglect interviews

To revise details of a law that specifies the rules of evidence for child interview video recordings used in a hearing on an alleged or suspected neglect or abuse case, and increase the penalty for a person who improperly and intentionally releases such a recording. See Senate Bill 620.
