To revise a number of details of the regulations on “brew pubs” and “microbrewers,” which among other things would have the effect of increasing the quantity of beer a micro brewer is permitted by these regulations to deliver to a retailer during one year from 1,000 barrels to 2,000 barrels. This is part of legislative package comprised of House Bills 5341 to 5344 that would amend Michigan’s extraordinarily detailed and extensive “liquor control” regulatory regime to revise commercial restrictions on how much and to whom these producers are permitted to sell their products.
