To revise details of the extraordinarily detailed and extensive Michigan Liquor Control Code related to license denials and suspensions. The bill would establish the equivalent of a seven year “jubilee” on license sanctions, suspensions, revocations for past license law violations if these were not criminal or civil offenses.
