To exempt from state income tax half the gain on the sale of a larger mobile home park (50+ lots) to a government or non-profit entity, and a 100% exemption for smaller parks (50 lots or less). This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5562 to 5569 that among other things would impose rent controls on mobile home park owners.
