To require the owner of a mobile home park to notify residents of any intention to close or sell the park, and if a homeowners association exists and has expressed an interest in buying the park, establish procedures for such a transaction. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5562 to 5569 that among other things would impose rent controls on mobile home park owners.
