To permit current military personnel, veterans, and their dependents licensed with an occupational license issued by another state eligible for license reciprocity in Michigan. Service members who have a license from another state, are in good standing and can demonstrate competency in through training and/or experience could get a Michigan license without having to repeat many of the requirements.
