To establish that a driver who fails to show a drivers license at the demand of a police officer, and fails to show an acceptable alternative form of identification specified in the bill, is subject to a 90 day misdemeanor and $300 fine, but is subject to fine only if he or she can come up with an alternative ID with a photo.
