To revise the law that requires hunters in the field to wear some “hunters orange” apparel for safety purposes, to also permit wearing some high-visibility “hunters pink” for this purpose. The bill would repeal a 2016 provision that gave the Natural Resource Commission discretion to allow hunter pink, which it chose not to do in 2017.
