Public meetings during state of emergency

To extend provisions of a 2020 law that permit a public body in an area covered by a state of emergency and disaster declared by the governor to hold meetings electronically, by extending it beyond March 31, 2021 for “a public body whose members are appointed or elected in a manner other than a general or special election and who are not compensated” except for expenses.
