To require that an annual state government report on state employment trends also include information on “current and projected levels of pay differential for men and women who perform the same work.” Also, to require that the state Department of Talent and Economic Development recommend laws to decrease inequitable differentials if they are found. This is part of a Democratic pay equity package comprised of House Bills 4576 to 4687.
