Let renter crime victims get out of lease

To allow rental property tenants who are crime victims get out of their lease if a household member is a witness or victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or another crime that caused physical injury, psychological injury and a reasonably perceived or actual threat, regardless of whether the individual who committed the crime has been arrested or tried.
