Ban gun confiscation during state of emergency

To revise a provision in the 1976 Michigan state of emergency law that prohibits an executive order issued by the governor under its authority from authorizing the confiscation of lawfully possessed firearms when a state of emergency is declared. The bill would also forbid banning the sale or purchase of firearms or ammunition.
