To require annual reports the state is required to give a state “Certificate of Need” commission on its performance and costs be made public within seven days of being presented. This applies to a state “Certificate of Need” law and commission created to ration the number of medical providers and facilities and empowered to deny permission to open or expand medical facilities and services See also House Bill 5074 to require more transparency in this operation.
