To require annual state reports on a state “Certificate of Need” commission on its performance and costs be made public within seven days of being presented. This applies to a law and commission created to ration the number of medical providers and facilities and empowered to deny permission to open or expand medical facilities and services. The bill would also require this entity to keep and post meeting minutes, summaries and transcripts within seven days of a meeting.
