To clarify that the definition of “abortion” in Michigan law does not apply to any medical treatment for a woman experiencing an intrauterine fetal death or who has been diagnosed with an extrauterine pregnancy. Also, to require certain disclosures be given to women getting certain chemically-induced abortions.
