To revise which vehicle insurer pays claims for injuries incurred by motorcyclists in a crash with a four-wheel vehicle. Under current law, the car operator’s or owner’s insurance picks up the motorcyclist’s medical bills, and the bill would flip this to the motorcyclist’s insurer being first in line for the motorcyclist’s bills.
