To make employers who mandate vaccination as a condition of employment liable for damages for personal injury to an employee that result from the vaccination, which would also include “noneconomic damages” including, “mental anguish; fright and shock; denial of social pleasure and enjoyments; embarrassment, humiliation, or mortification” and more. An employer could be sued not just for actual damages but also for “exemplary” and “punitive” damages.
