Remove “fishing knife” restrictions

To add “fishing knives” to a “hunting knives” exception in a state law that makes carrying “a dagger, dirk, stiletto, a double-edged nonfolding stabbing instrument of any length, or any other dangerous weapon” a felony subject to up to five years in prison.
